Samenwerken? 🤝
Wil je met ons samenwerken? Dan gelden de volgende voorwaarden:
* Je bent 18 jaar of ouder.
* Je hebt minimaal 1.500 volgers op je socialmediakanaal.
* UGC-creators dienen een portfolio te kunnen tonen.
* De ontvangen content dient binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst van het product geplaatst te worden.
* Indien de content niet binnen 7 dagen wordt geplaatst, behouden wij ons het recht voor om de productwaarde en eventuele bijkomende kosten in rekening te brengen.
* De geplaatste content blijft permanent zichtbaar op het account.
* Door deel te nemen aan de samenwerking geef je Glowbynefty het recht om de gemaakte content onbeperkt te gebruiken voor social media, advertenties, de website, webshop en andere marketingdoeleinden.
* De creator levert authentieke en kwalitatieve content die aansluit bij de samenwerking.
* Eventuele vertragingen of verhinderingen dienen tijdig gecommuniceerd te worden.
* Het niet nakomen van de gemaakte afspraken kan leiden tot beëindiging van de samenwerking en uitsluiting van toekomstige samenwerkingen.
Door akkoord te gaan met de samenwerking ga je automatisch akkoord met bovenstaande voorwaarden. ✨

If you would like to collaborate with us, the following terms apply: * You are 18 years of age or older. * You have at least 1,500 followers on your social media channel. * UGC creators must be able to provide a portfolio. * The content must be posted within 7 days of receiving the product. * If the content is not posted within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge you for the value of the product and any additional costs incurred. * The posted content must remain permanently visible on your account. * By participating in the collaboration, you grant Glowbynefty the right to use the created content without restriction for social media, advertisements, the website, the webshop, and other marketing purposes. * The creator must provide authentic, high-quality content that aligns with the collaboration. * Any delays or issues preventing fulfillment must be communicated in a timely manner. * Failure to comply with the agreed terms may result in the termination of the collaboration and exclusion from future collaborations. By agreeing to the collaboration, you automatically accept the terms and conditions above. ✨
